A boat trailer — getting the size right is what matters most
The trailer's gross weight must exceed the weight of the boat together with the engine, fuel and equipment. A trailer that is too small quickly goes out of alignment and is unsafe on the road, while one that is too large needlessly increases the cost of the purchase and registration. By boat mass
Add the engine, fuel, battery and equipment to the weight of the boat. The resulting figure must be within the trailer's load capacity.
By hull shape
Roller (“Multiroller”) trailers are convenient when launching a boat from a shallow slipway, while bunk-type ones hold the hull better when it stands for long periods.
By driving licence
For a trailer with a gross weight of up to 750 kg, a category B licence is enough. A heavier one requires BE or B96 — worth bearing in mind when choosing.

Innovative multi-roller trailer: the self-adjusting roller system lets you load and launch the boat much more smoothly and safely. There are no keel rollers, so the trailer also suits boats with non-standard hulls. Very strong and durable welded hot-dip galvanised steel frame. The axle position is adjustable to find the best centre of gravity.
Load capacity: 1814 kg — the maximum weight of the boat with its engine, fuel and equipment. The gross weight (2400 kg) includes the trailer's own weight (586 kg).
