Automatinis sonaro pozicijos reguliavimo įrenginys
Automatic horizon angle adjustment unit for PRO echo sounder controller. This is an innovative device that currently has no analogues in the world! This device is capable of keeping your sonar transducer parallel to the horizon angle.
To use the device, there will be only one button on the console of your boat. Accordingly, when this button is turned on, the sensor will automatically lower to the working position. The device will automatically configure itself. Then, in automatic mode, the regulator will adjust your echo sounder sensor to transmit the clearest information. After the device has finished working. You press the up button. The regulator will automatically rise to the parking position. And your sonar transducer will be positioned parallel to the stern of the boat above the water.
Why is this necessary:
The physical processes that occur in the operation of the echo sounder and its sensor (transducer) are as follows. The echo sounder sends signals through a sensor towards the bottom of the reservoir. These signals are sent at certain intervals. Therefore, it is important to direct the signal in such a way that it is reflected as clearly as possible from the bottom of the reservoir and returns back towards the echo sounder sensor to receive it. If the signal is sent at the wrong angle, then the return signal will be essentially reflected. That is, the information will not be clear, and on the echo sounder screen we will see strangely inclined arches of fish. We will see noise in the middle of the screen, and the bottom of the reservoir will not be informative. And all this is connected precisely with physical processes!
Tasks:
The job of the automatic controller is to control the angle of the directional signal from the sensor. Thanks to a system using a gyroscopic sensor, this problem is solved. Now your sensor will always be strictly parallel to the horizon angle. Thus, the readings of your echo sounder will be close to ideal. You will see many fish symbols on the other side. They will display the curve of the fish’s back, and in the future you will be able to understand for yourself what kind of fish is at the bottom of the reservoir, or in the water column. Another very important point. It is not always calm when going out on the water. Accordingly, the boat rolls from wave to wave each time and similar waves appear on the echo sounder screen. In our case, of course, we cannot remove these waves completely, since the electric actuator of the regulator is not able to work out the entire range of changes in level and speed. But your echo sounder readings will definitely become more stable.
